I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing trouble finding your account. Hopefully, I can sprinkle a bit of pixie dust your way to help you find your account and ultimately keep using your
Disney Band.
First, see if you can find your
My Disney Experience account by logging in with the email and password you used to create your account. If you can’t remember what email address you used to create your account, check your email inbox for ails from “Disney Destinations” or “Walt Disney World Reservations.” These emails were likely sent to whatever email address you used to create your account. If you need a bit of extra pixie dust to find your account, I suggest that you
call a friendly Cast Member to see if they can help you access the account.
Once you gain access to your account again, I like to view my Disney Band information in the
My Disney Experience app on my mobile device. Once you log in, select the three horizontal bars in the bottom right corner of the screen and select “MagicBands and More.” From there, you should see your name and have the option to view all of the Disney Bands associated with your account.
Maria, if you aren’t able to use your Disney Band during your upcoming trip, you can always add the complimentary
Disney MagicMobile service to your mobile device to enter the theme parks. Alternatively, you can pick up a physical ticket from a ticket window to enter the theme parks. As they say in Finding Nemo, just keep swimming.
