    I have a magic band linked to an old account, I recently got a new account and cannot transfer my MagicBands over to my new account.

     Emily, it looks like you'll be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort in just a few short days. How very exciting!

     I love the convenience my MagicBand adds to my Disney vacations. With a quick touch-to-tap, I can use my MagicBand to enter the theme parks, access FastPass+ queues, and even pay for food and retail purchases! 

     I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble linking your MagicBand to your new My Disney Experience account. I recommend you call the Technical Support Team at (407) 939-7765 for assistance. The friendly folks there can manually link your MagicBand to your new account for you!

     Be sure to download the Play Disney Parks mobile app prior to your arrival. This new app is super fun with Disney trivia, playlists inspired by the theme parks, and interactive games that sync with the queues of select attractions!
