MagicBands are my favorite Mouseketool in all of Walt Disney World. I mean, what could be better than making a purchase with just a tap of the wrist? Or unlocking your
Disney Resort Hotel room door with just a simple gesture? There are so many uses for MagicBands and I never arrive to Walt Disney World without one! The greatest part of all? MagicBands can be used over and over and over! So yes, you can use your MagicBand from last year on future trips! You do not have to do anything to reactive your band. Just make sure your
tickets are linked to your
My Disney Experience account and you'll be all set to go!
Ken, if you're a lover of MagicBands like myself, you'll be delighted to know that a new, high-tech version of the original MagicBand will be released this summer.
MagicBand+ will be the same band we know and love, just with an improved design and extra magical abilities. With lighting effects and interactive features, we're all patiently waiting to get our hands on one of these little guys!
