Hi Renee,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question!
First, you’ll want to determine if your
MagicBand is active. You can easily do this by signing into your
My Disney Experience mobile app, selecting the three lines in the lower right corner, then scrolling to “My Profile”. Once tapped, select “MagicBands and Cards” and “Your MagicBands & Cards”. Here, you’ll be able to see all your active MagicBands! You’ll just want to look at your MagicBand number (on the back of the oval) and match it to what you see in the app to determine if the MagicBand is still active. If it’s not active you can always select “Link a MagicBand or Card” on the prior page and enter your MagicBand’s number to re-link it.
If you want to confirm when you last had an Annual Pass, you’ll need to check through your personal email for any past confirmation emails. There really isn’t a way to go back in time in the app, but Hakuna Matata, there is a way to check if you have any Theme Park tickets still linked to your account! Within the My Disney Experience mobile app, select the three lines again, make sure you’re at the welcome screen with your name in the upper left corner, and select “Tickets and Passes”. Here, you will see any active Theme Park tickets that are linked to your account that can be used. If this page is empty, then it’s time to purchase some
Theme Park tickets to access the magic!
Remember, once you book your tickets, you will also need to create
Disney Park Passes for each member of your party for each day you have a ticket. Both a Theme Park ticket and Disney Park Pass are needed for entry into the Theme Parks at this time. Want to know what availability is looking like for a specific timeframe? Check out the
Theme Park Reservation calendar!
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is helpful as you prepare for your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation.
If you have any other vacation or planning questions, please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
