Hello, Marian! Welcome aboard planDisney! My pals and I are happy to see you sail to us with your question.
It sounds to me like you are getting ready for an adventure on the high seas... and it's almost time to board! I'd be happy to help you prepare for your Disney Cruise. If you have a MagicBand+ from either Walt Disney World or Disneyland Resort, you can use it onboard as a
DisneyBand+. If you are using a band previously used in the theme parks, you'll want to make sure it's
linked to your account before you cruise.
Wear your linked MagicBand+ to the cruise terminal, and the port agents will assist you as you check in for your cruise to make sure your MagicBand+ is linked to your stateroom. If you don't have a MagicBand+, you'll find a selection of DisneyBand+ to purchase on the ship.
The DisneyBand+ technology makes boarding the ship and entering your stateroom a breeze. I also find it convenient to charge purchases to my stateroom account. You can use it in circumstances where you would typically need your Key to the World card, so having a band on your wrist is a hands-free and advantageous way to move throughout your Disney Cruise.

I'm wishing you a marvelous sailing! Please cruise back to planDisney anytime. We'll be here for you!
Bon Voyage,
Adrianna
