MagicBands to ensure that all of your pals are prepared for a pleasant experience in the parks.
Oh bother... it sounds as though there's been a MagicBand mishap. Not to worry, Aimee, as I'm here to
think, think, think this through with you! As you may know, MagicBands
cannot be transferred or reassigned to a different Guest once linked to an individual in
My Disney Experience. However, due to the nature of this accidental linking and since the MagicBand in question has not been used yet, I recommend reaching out to the friendly Cast Members at the Help Desk via the chat function on the Walt Disney World Resort website. They've been able to assist me with similar issues in the past and may be able to help you sort this issue out.
Aimee, if you're already on-site at The Most Magical Place on Earth enjoying the start of a cozy wintertime vacation, I encourage you to stop by a
Guest Relations location to ask for additional help. Alternatively, you could pick up a brand new MagicBand+ while on-site and link it to the correct individual in your
Family & Friends List. These handy bands are available at many
merchandise locations throughout the Walt Disney World Resort!
