if you have a magic band is there anywhere in the park where you can put your name on it?

Hi, Tara! Thanks for stopping by to see us again at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Your MagicBands work pretty hard - but that doesn't mean they can't look pretty, too! There are so many ways to have fun with these functional little beauties and make them into the fashion statement that's a perfect fit for you.

While there isn't a place at Walt Disney World to add pizzazz to your MagicBands, you can have some fun with them before you get there. First, if you're getting a MagicBand as part of your Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation or Annual Passholder purchase, you can choose to have your name imprinted inside it when you place your order. And you can be creative here, too! You can use a nickname, a special word or phrase, or the most important name of all - "Mom."

With your solid color MagicBands, the real fun can begin! You can paint them, temporary tattoo them, decal them...let your imagination run wild. My fellow panelist Brandy found MagicBand inspiration on Pinterest; an internet search can show you endless possibilities!

If your artistic skills are a little suspect (like mine!), you can buy MagicBands with lots of fun designs and accessories at the Disney Store online or in the Theme Parks.

I hope this helps you make your MagicBands your own custom creation, Tara. Please come visit us again if you have another question.

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
