I've made/paid my reservation of 3 adults/1 kid for Cinderella's royal table. But just find out 1 of the adults won't go. Can I do partial cancellation/refund for the 1 adult? Or I'll need to cancel and rebook ? Tks.

    Welcome BACK, Chia Chun!

How exciting that you were able to make a reservation at Cinderella's Royal Table! This is without a doubt the most iconic and classic Disney Dining Experience in all of Walt Disney World Resort. It's also a very hard dining reservation to nail down, so I'm glad that you're asking what you should do as I'd hate for you to accidentally lose your table altogether.

There are a handful of dining reservations that do require full payment upfront, for both those who have and those who do not have a Disney Dining Plan. In either case, when changing the number in your dining party of a pre-paid reservation, your best bet would be to call the Walt Disney World Resort Dining Line. Canceling your current booking through your My Disney Experience account or mobile app to try for a new one would completely rescind your first reservation, and wouldn't guarantee that you could re-book the same table you just let go. The awesome Cast Members at the Dining Reservation Line would not only love to help you adjust your party size, they can also assist with the refund for the seat that you will no longer be using. Their number is (407) 939-1947.

Pro Tip: You can make these changes all the way up until 72 hours before the dining time, just in case you want to hold out hope that your 4th diner can indeed make it after all.

We'll See You Real Soon, Chia Chun!
