I made 4 tickets reservation to Disney California, on February 25, But I want to move it to February 26, I cancelled my reservation, am I going to receive the reimbursement for that cancelled tickets? Thank you!!!

    Hi there, Sidnei!

The two requirements for each Guest visiting the Disneyland Resort theme parks are valid theme park admission and a theme park reservation. The normal method of purchasing theme park tickets online or using the Disneyland mobile app conveniently combines the step of booking a park reservation at the same time. When you visit the "My Theme Park Reservations" page to cancel a theme park reservation, the reservation will be unlinked from your ticket and canceled. But your ticket will remain linked to your Disneyland Resort account. To see your ticket, open the “Tickets and Passes” screen of the Disneyland app. And the “Future Plans” screen will no longer display your upcoming park reservation.

As long as a ticket is still valid, you can use it to book a new park reservation for another date. Just return to the "My Theme Park Reservations" page and click the “Book Theme Park Reservation” button and select the valid ticket or tickets you wish to use for your new booking. To plan for a new date for a booking, you may consult the theme park reservation availability calendar. Keep in mind the ticket’s expiration date as shown in your ticket purchase confirmation email. And be aware of any blockout dates your ticket may have.

Here’s some information about blockout dates for some common ticket and pass types that may be a handy reference for you.

Tony’s Tip: If you are using a 1-day ticket, you may certainly choose to use it on another date that is a lower tier. But if you’d like to take advantage of the full value of that ticket, you may opt to save it for another date of the same, higher tier. In such a situation, you may choose to purchase another ticket for the additional date you plan to visit which happens to be a lower-tier date. In that way, you may be able to double your dose of Disneyland magic and enjoy some overall savings as well.

I hope you have a magical time at the Disneyland Resort, Sidnei!

    ~Tony
