    I made a ticket purchase and on the confirmation page and email it says "purchase pending". How long should it take before I know if I actually got tickets? I can't seem to find info on the site for what purchase pending means. Thank you!

    I'm so happy to hear that you are planning to visit the Walt Disney World Resort soon! I have a few friends that are vacationing at the Most Magical Place on Earth right now and I love watching their adventures on social media. It gets me extra excited to plan another trip to my happy place!

    In the past when I've had this happen it has been because the system has been busy or down for maintenance, so the confirmation is delayed. It always comes through within 24 hours, though. Hopefully, you have received your confirmation by now! If not, I would recommend calling Disney directly at (407) 566-4985 to ask about your theme park tickets, especially since your trip is so close and you need to get your Disney Park Pass reservations in place right away. The Cast Member you speak with should be able to look up your order and let you know the status of everything.
