Well hello and welcome to planDisney, EunJoo. We're so glad you stopped by to ask us this question. It sounds like a visit to the Disneyland Resort is in your future and I'm super excited for you.
Woohoo! You already have your theme park reservation which is half of what you need to enter the theme parks. So let's take a look to make sure you're all set with your ticket. There's no need to worry, one of the quickest and easiest places to find your ticket is in the
Disneyland app. Open the app and tap on the "☰" icon in the lower right of the screen to open the menu. Next, you will tap the "Tickets and Passes" tile which will show you any and all theme park tickets linked under your account. You will find the ticket ID number below the barcode. That's all there is to it.
If these steps don't work and you aren't able to locate your ticket, you can always
reach out to a friendly Cast Member for assistance with tickets. If your theme park ticket is part of a
Disneyland Vacation Package, then you will receive the electronic ticket (with ticket ID number) four days prior to your arrival date.
EunJoo, I hope you're able to get this sorted out soon so you can start thinking about what you plan to do during your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth. My recommendation is to check out the latest and greatest in Disney California Adventure Park. If you will be visiting before the end of August, don't miss
Rogers: The Musical at the Hyperion Theater. I was able to experience this show and absolutely loved it. In fact, I hope to check it out at least one more time before its limited run comes to a close at the end of August. Quick tip, make sure to join the
virtual queue in the Disneyland app to experience this MARVEL-ous show.
I hope this helps as you're getting ready for your magical visit, EunJoo. Please come back to ask us any other questions that you might have before your trip. Here's wishing you the best Disney day!
Michelle
