We made a Thanksgiving reservation with a disney representative. I do not see that reservation on my list with the others that I made online? Do I need to call back to confirm that this is set up? I have the confirmation number she provided on the phone

    Hi Jennifer,

Since it's for a Thanksgiving reservation, it doesn't hurt to confirm your information since the holiday is a busy day for the WDW restaurants. While you have a confirmation number in hand, you should feel confident that the restaurant will have you listed. However, let's get some reassurance about your holiday meal!

To retrieve a reservation that isn't showing up in your My Disney Vacation folder, follow these steps

On the Walt Disney World home page, you'll see "My Disney Vacation" at the top of the page, next to where you would log in. Hover over "My Disney Vacation" and a drop-down menu will display. Select "Dining Reservations" from the drop-down menu. You will then be asked to log in if you haven't already done so. After you log in, you'll be taken to the My Reservations page, where your existing reservations will display.

If you don't see all your reservations, you can manually retrieve them using the link in the "Don't See All Your Reservations?" module on that page. Enter your confirmation number. I had to do this for several of my reservations for our October WDW vacation.

If you are still unable to retrieve your Thanksgiving reservation,  I would go ahead and call 407-939-3463 (407-WDW-DINE).

Best wishes for a memorable Thanksgiving in WDW!
