Hi Laura,
Welcome to planDisney! Well, how exciting to have so many reservations to the Walt Disney World Resort!
It sounds like everyone is at least listed or linked in your
My Family & Friends List in
My Disney Experience. What you probably need to do is go into your My Family & Friends List and click on the Update link for those seven Guests. Select the options to Share All My Plans and Disney PhotoPass photos. If those Guests have their own My Disney Experience accounts, ask them to do the same, to Update Guests in My Disney Experience, making sure to select the options to share all plans and share Disney PhotoPass photos.
There could be another possible issue, however. If you created profiles for those Guests when you made the reservations and they have different profiles in their My Disney Experience accounts, you may need to connect with their My Disney Experience account profiles. I suggest that you
contact a Cast Member in Website Support by phone to get some assistance.
I am impressed with your advanced planning! You have plenty of time to coordinate plans with your crew. Take this time to make sure everyone reviews all of the
dining options. Keep your eye on the
shopDisney merchandise so that you all can coordinate your outfits. Follow the
Disney Parks Blog and
operational updates for all of the latest news. So much is happening. Most of all, you will get to experience
The World's Most Magical Celebration!
Laura, also make sure to have
Disney Park Pass system reservations. Pay close attention to the
theme park reservation availability calendar, especially if you decide to cancel park pass reservations and make new ones. Happiest of planning to you! We are so excited to welcome you to a world of magic!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
