I made a savi's workshop reservation on this current account but our tickets were bought on another account, can i still use this account's reservation to check in or will they have to be on the same account the tickets were bought on?

Hiya Lamar - welcome to planDisney!

Thanks so much for stopping by with a question for our team of panelists - we love helping Guests just like you plan your very own, very magical, Walt Disney World Resort vacations!

Congratulations on scoring one of the galaxy's most coveted reservations, a spot at Savi's Workshop - Handbuilt Lightsabers at Disney's Hollywood Studios! The Gatherers have an eclectic mix of lightsaber pieces and parts from across the galaxy and patiently await your arrival.

Lamar, you have nothing to worry about regarding your reservation! If I'm understanding your question correctly, you made a reservation for Savi's Workshop on a My Disney Experience account that is different than the account linked to your Theme Park Tickets and Park Pass Reservations for Disney's Hollywood Studios for that day - is that right? If so, that's currently not an issue as this experience reservation is not required to be linked to a Theme Park Ticket or Park Pass Reservation. This could change in the future, but a change like that would be made well in advance and communicated clearly to Guests.

I completely understand why you would be worried, but logistically, it's just not feasible yet for that kind of requirement to exist. That being said, this does not change the fact that in order to use your reservation at Savi's, valid Theme Park admission and a Park Pass Reservation are required. You'll probably see this warning multiple times and that's simply to remind Guests that you have to be inside Disney's Hollywood Studios in order to use the reservation. It doesn't matter how you enter (e.g., Theme Park Ticket, Annual Pass, etc.) and your entry media does not have to be on the same account as your reservation to Savi's.

If I were you, I would still call in to see if a friendly Cast Member can move that reservation to the same account as your Theme Park Tickets and Park Pass Reservations. This will just make your planning life a little bit easier - you'll see the Savi's Workshop reservation alongside any dining reservations and Genie+ Lightning Lane selections. This will help you have a more complete view of your day - you wouldn't want to miss anything!

I hope this information is helpful, Lamar - stop by with more questions any time!
