Hi Sandra! Thanks for directing your inquiry to the Disney World Moms Panel! The direct line to Disney's Coronado Springs Resort is (407) 939-1000. You may fax a room request note to (407) 939-1001. Be sure to include your name, reservation number, arrival and departure dates and any specific room preferences. There is no guarantee your request will be met. However, depending on the resort's occupancy rate, and other factors during arrival time, Cast Members will do their absolute best to accommodate your particular preference. Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance to you. Have a memorable visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
