    Made our ressies for French quarter, noticed the next day online ressies were for riverside, so we called & changed them, got the mailed confirmation letter stating riverside, but online states french q. will I get another letter stating correct info?

    Hi Jone!

    I've been told it takes 24 hours for changes in your reservation to show online.  If it has been longer than this and your reservation still shows you in the wrong resort, give them a call back to make sure your requested change took place.  You should receive a new letter since you changed resorts.
