    I made a resort reservation online a couple of months ago but can't cancel online, what is the time frame to cancel before fee's?

    Hi Melissa!

    Thanks for your question. If you cancel your reservation 30 days or more prior to your arrival date, Disney will refund you the entire amount of your vacation package. If your cancellation is anywhere between 2 to 29 days before your arrival, you will be a charged a $200 cancellation fee. If it is the day before your anticipated arrival, you will be charged for the entire vacation plan (1 day before or less is non-refundable).

    Now Disney World does offer Travel Protection Plans, which provides additional protections. Under certain conditions, you can be reimbursed for the entire amount outside of those time frames under certain qualifying conditions.

    If you need to cancel your reservation, and running into trouble doing so online, you can call the Disney Reservation Center at (407) 934-7639.
