I made reservations yesterday for myself and my son’s family. His infant son was somehow connected to his soon to be 4 year old daughter’s ticket. I can’t figure out how to change this.

    Hello SuBette,

Thanks for coming to see us here at planDisney! It's wonderful to see you're planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation for your family.

It sounds like you might want to use the features that let you reassign a theme park ticket to another Guest in your travel party who is on your "My Family & Friends List."

While I'm not certain who in your party has the My Disney Experience account with the linked theme park tickets for your stay -- you or your son --  that Guest can look at the "My Plans" area in their My Disney Experience account. Next to each of the linked theme park tickets for that account, there is a feature that allows you to "Reassign Ticket."

My suggestion is to give this "Reassign Ticket" approach a try first to see if it helps address the issue you're seeing. You might want to reach out to the Walt Disney World Resort Internet Help Desk by calling them at (407) 939-4357 if you need additional assistance.

Once you see that all the theme park tickets are assigned to Guests in your party as expected, you can use the Disney Park Pass system to make reservations to visit the theme parks.

SuBette, I hope this helps you get all your theme park plans ready to go. Remember, you can always come back to planDisney to ask for suggestions on how to make your Walt Disney World Resort vacation even more magical.

Here's wishing you lots of Disney magic in your day!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
