    Hello... I made reservations for the vacation package and paid n full. My mom has Ale timers and dementia and wont be able to make the trip now. Do you think WDW will give me a refund for her ? We are arriving on 10/26/12 - 11/2/12

    Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel.

    Officially you are inside the penalty window for making changes to your package reservation.  However, your best bet is to call Disney directly immediately and discuss your options with them.  Good luck and please write  back if you have any more questions!
