    We made reservations for a vacation package in December, and paid the 200.00, but due to circumstances beyond our control, we need to cancel and try again in the spring. How do we cancel, and is that money all gone? thank you! disheartened in WV

    Hi, Gillian!   To modify/cancel your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, have your confirmation number handy and call a Disney Reservationist at (407)W-DISNEY.  You should have no problem getting your deposit returned.

    Sorry you had to change your plans, but I hope you can reschedule your magical vacation real soon!
