Hi there, John!
Jedi and Padawans rejoice at the news that you will be embarking on a Disneyland vacation! Sounds like you and your family will be more than ready to journey from your home to a galaxy far, far away! I love that you already have plans to explore
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland Park.
One of the key components to any Disneyland vacation is lining up all the dining plans. I’m like you in wanting to get that done as soon as possible. You’ll have to be patient a tad bit longer because
Advance Dining Reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance, which only brings us currently to late June. Be mindful also that
select restaurants will be open initially during the phased reopening of Disneyland Resort, so that might explain why certain restaurants are not showing. When you plug in your dates to the dining site, you can customize your search for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or specific times of the day.
I take it as a good sign that Disneyland is letting Guests make reservations for
Savi’s Workshop-Handbuilt Lightsabers now. Just like those Advance Dining Reservations, the calendar for reservations to build your own lightsaber opens for 60 days in advance. That may explain why you aren’t seeing June spots open for booking; they simply aren’t that far out yet with the schedule. But soon, you will be able to say, “These are the reservations I have been looking for." I recommend that you calendar the 60 day mark so that you know precisely what day you should log in to start making those Advance Dining Reservations and try to grab a lightsaber reservation from Savi's Workshop-Handbuilt Lightsabers.
John, as your Disneyland adventure approaches faster than the Millennium Falcon, blast back to planDisney with more questions.
May the Force be with you!
Sherry
