    I made reservations for 12 of us in Grand Villa @ SS resort via travel agent. I'm coordinating reservations for dinner, events etc. Is it better to make special activity reservations (Fantasmic Dinner, Family Magic Tour) w travel agent or direct w Disney?

    Hi Karen!

    The Grand Villas are absolutely amazing - you will be thrilled!  I would coordinate with your travel agent and let them know what tours and meals that you are interested in booking, as well as the dates and times.  However, I would absolutely let the travel agent handle all of the arrangements.  

    As most of your meals will probably be able to be booked 180 days in advance, I would let your agent do all of the hard work!  I know that when I worked as an agent, I would get up and make "ressies" for my clients just as soon as the reservations center would open in the morning.  Of course, if you would rather handle everything yourself, feel free to do so.  Whatever you decide, I wish you a fabulous vacation!
