Hi Krista,
Welcome to planDisney!
When you made the reservation, you should have received an email confirmation. So, check your email to see if you can retrieve that confirmation. Once retrieved, make sure to
link your confirmation number to your My Disney Experience account. Once linked, you can log into
My Disney Experience and see your reservation details in My Plans. If you cannot locate the email with the confirmation number, I suggest that you
contact a Cast Member by phone.
Once you have that reservation linked in My Disney Experience, if it is a vacation package with theme park tickets included, you need to also make
Disney Park Pass system reservations. After you make park pass reservations, you should be able to log into My Disney Experience and see those park pass reservations linked in My Plans.
When you get 60-days prior to arrival, also make
advanced dining reservations. Once you make those reservations, they should also be linked in your My Disney Experience account. If not, you can use the confirmation number from the email confirmation to
Link Reservations and Purchases in My Disney Experience.
As you continue to plan, keep an eye on the
theme park reservation availability calendar. If you decide to make different park pass reservations, check the availability calendar before cancelling existing park passes and trying to make new ones. Also keep an eye on the
operational updates since park policies and procedures could change by the time of your visit.
Krista, I trust that you will find that confirmation number and be able to continue planning your visit! Sending a little extra pixie dust as you plan. A world of magic awaits!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
