Hello, we made reservations for our two children to build a droid (7 and 3 years old). My husband will go with one, and I will go with the other. We have a third child (18 months). Will the baby be able to go in with us, or do I need to stagger our appt?

    Hi Nicole,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question! How exacting to hear that you’ve already booked your Droid Depot experience in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. You will have a blast!

Based on the Droid Depot information found here, it looks like only two guests are permitted in during the build. One guest can build and the other guest can observe. I would suggest staggering the appointments, that way both you and your husband will be able to share the experience with your kids while also caring for your little one!

Also keep in mind that the Depot is a bustling environment with a ton of fun and many different sounds. Your little one might enjoy relaxing outside in the stroller a bit more while the individual appointments are happening. Could be the perfect time for their nap!

If you go ahead and book the staggered reservations now (subject to availability), you’ll be all set for the day your family builds the droids. When you go for check-in, you could also triple confirm with the Cast Member about your little one. No promises here, but it’s always good to ask in person!

I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is helpful as you prepare for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation in just a few months. If you have any other vacation or planning questions, please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
