We have just made reservations and are splitting our trip b/t 2 resorts. We were told by Disney that the park passes were tied to the first hotel. Does this mean that we'll have to wear 2 bands when we switch hotels - one to get into parks, 1 for rooms?

    Hi Brian!

Congratulations on booking your trip! It is so exciting to have a vacation on the horizon and a countdown started. We love splitting our stay between resorts and Disney makes the transition so easy.  You will receive two sets of MagicBands for your stay, however, when checking into your second resort, you can request to keep using the first set.  Disney Cast Members will be able to link your hotel reservation, room key and charging privileges all to the MagicBands containing your park tickets.  (I still recommend bringing both sets with you just in case.)

Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with while planning your exciting adventure. Have a wonderful vacation!

    Enjoy the Magic,
