I have only made reservations for the special places we wanted to dine, like character dining and such. After reading stuff on the panel, I am getting concerned that we will not be able to find a place to eat if we do not have a reservation?Should I worry

    Hi April:

I admit that I always plan my sit-down meals in advance.  I'm a planner.  That doesn't mean that planning just about all of your meals is the right way or the only way to experience Disney World.

I would say that you should plan as many sit-down meals as possible if you are traveling to Disney World during crowded times of the year (think when schools are out of session/vacation season such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, Spring Breaks, summer).  Also, if you are traveling with younger children who are used to eating at certain times, or if you are not flexible about dining times or choices, you should plan your sit-down meals in advance.  You'll find that if you can be flexible in dining at non-popular times, you'll increase your chances of a walk-up reservation.

    Enjoy your vacation.
