I have made reservations for Sept 28-Oct 7 for the 50th anniversary of the Magic kingdom (Yay!) I am also going to be in Florida in June for a conference and I am spending one day at Epcot. How do I link this ticket to a magic band that I already have?

Hi Lisa! Welcome back to planDisney!

You have some BIG plans ahead of you this year! Your fall trip sounds dreamy, but the fact that you get to visit soon for a day makes it even better. I always try to visit the Walt Disney World Resort for a day even if I am just passing through!

Linking your Walt Disney World theme park ticket to your MagicBand is easy. So easy, in fact, that it is probably already done! As long as your ticket for EPCOT and your MagicBand are both linked to your My Disney Experience account, they will be linked to each other auto-magically. Since your theme park ticket and Disney Park Pass reservation for EPCOT should already be in place, you should be good to go! If either item isn't already linked to your My Disney Experience account, go ahead and do that now to make sure you are ready to enjoy your day.

You may want to stop by Guest Relations to make sure that your tickets are prioritized correctly. If your EPCOT ticket was purchased as a date-specific ticket, you are probably fine. But if you have multiple tickets on your account it is a good idea to have a Cast Member prioritize your tickets to make sure that your 1-day ticket is used in June and your fall tickets are saved for that trip later.

I hope you have an amazing time, Lisa! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
