    When we made reservations for the "Princess Lunch" we didn't realize we needed to include the 2 year old. I'm afraid if we "start over" we will end up with NO reservation (Dec 8). How do I update to include her?

     Chuck, I'm so happy to hear you'll be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort this holiday season. It's the most magical time of the year!

     Character Dining Experiences are a must-do when I'm traveling with little ones in tow. What could be better than delicious food and the company of beloved Disney Characters, all in one place? 

     I totally understand your concern about your upcoming Character Dining Experience, but I have a few solutions that will hopefully work in securing your little princess a spot on your existing dining reservation! First, log in to your My Disney Experience account. On your planning page, scroll down to view your current dining reservation. To the right of the reservation, you'll see a box that says, "Change Reservation." Click on that box and modify your party size. Hopefully, you'll see a reservation available for a party size that includes your 2-year old. If you don't, try adjusting your meal time or even your date. Try this strategy a few times a day over the next few weeks. You never know when someone's cancellation may open new availability for your family!

     Another option is to call the Dining line directly at (407) 939-DINE or (407) 939-3463. A friendly Cast Member there will be happy to see if your dining reservation can be modified to include your daughter!

     If all else fails, I recommend stopping by the restaurant when you arrive at the Walt Disney World Resort or, at the very least, the morning of your lunchtime reservation. Hopefully, some pixie-dust will be sprinkled on the check-in desk and they'll have no trouble accommodating your entire family!
