I have made reservations for Port Orleans for November 4-8, 2025. Which website do I go to in looking for my reservation?

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Denise!

Welcome to planDisney! We are DELIGHTED you stopped by and are so excited to help you plan your upcoming trip to Disney World! From the second you arrive in November, you will be surrounded by incredible sights, amazing experiences, and that one-of-a-kind Disney feeling that makes every moment special. This is your chance to laugh, explore, and create memories that will last a lifetime—so get ready for the BEST. TRIP. EVER! (Can't you hear Rapunzel saying this to you out loud?!)

You state in your question that you have made a reservation for Port Orleans. Did you know there are actually two Port Orleans properties? The first resort is Port Orleans - Riverside. This beautiful, relaxing resort transports you to the Louisiana Bayou, with scenic river views, rustic mansions, and the peaceful sounds of nature. The second resort is Port Orleans - French Quarter. This charming, lively resort brings the spirit of New Orleans to life with Mardi Gras colors, cobblestone streets, and jazzy vibes. OH, and you will have the opportunity to eat the BEST beignets in the world! Just know that wherever your reservation is for your vacation, you cannot go wrong!

You will find your reservation on the Disney World website by clicking on the My Disney Experience button on the far right of the website. From there, you will be able to log into your account and see your reservation. If you don't see your reservation linked to your My Disney Experience account, my recommendation would be to call a Cast Member. They will be able to pull up your information and help you link your reservation very easily.

November is a GREAT time to visit the "Most MAGICAL Place On Earth" because this is when Mickey and all of his friends transform Disney World into a Christmas wonderland with twinkling lights, towering Christmas trees, and festive decorations! From the snowfall on Main Street, U.S.A., to the beautifully themed holiday displays at the resorts, it’s the most enchanting and heartwarming time to experience Disney! You should also check to see when Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party will start in November. This is a special ticketed holiday event at Magic Kingdom, where you will experience festive parades, exclusive treats, and your favorite Disney characters dressed up in their Christmas attire!

As you continue to plan, please check out the Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date information regarding all things Disney! There are some incredible things planned this year, and we don't want you to miss a thing.

If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask. We are here to help in any way!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
