    I made reservations for PO Riverside but prefer the manors over alligator bayou. I never saw an option to request either one. Do I need to wait until we check in?

    Hi Michelle - if you would prefer Magnolia Bend over Alligator Bayou, I'd recommend that you call the resort directly about ten days prior to your arrival.  Ask for the "back office" and give them your reservation number and your request.
