I made reservations by phone for my vacation in November. how can I add them to my Disney Experience?

Howdy, Claudia! Thanks for visiting here at planDisney. I’m so excited to help you today!

Oh boy, you must be so excited for your Walt Disney World vacation! I promise it will be here before you know it, so let’s get your plans linked to your My Disney Experience account so you can get back to planning, shall we?

Linking your plans is actually super simple! You’ll first need to pull up the confirmation email you received when you booked your reservation and look for the reservation number on the email. Once you have that handy, login to your My Disney Experience mobile app and open the menu by clicking on the three stacked lines in the bottom right corner. From there, select the “Future Plans” tile, and click on the blue “Link to Account” button at the bottom of the screen. Next, toggle over to “Type ID” and enter the confirmation number from your email and the last name on your reservation under “Resort Reservation.” Finally, follow the prompts in this section, and you’re all set! See, I told you it was easy!

Now, if you’re not seeing your confirmation email in your inbox, I would first recommend checking your spam folder. I know I’ve seen some Disney emails get stuck there from time to time. Then, if that doesn’t work, just call the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations team at (407) 939-1936, and they will be happy to resend it.

While I have you, Claudia, I wanted to remind you to set a calendar reminder to log into your My Disney Experience account 60 days before your check-in to make your Advanced Dining Reservations for your trip. There are so many incredible restaurants to enjoy, and having an Advanced Dining Reservation is the best way to make sure you can experience the ones that are on the top of your bucket list! So, don't forget to set that reminder, grab a cup of coffee for energy, and be sure to log in at 6:00 a.m. on that 60-day mark to snag your table at one of these fabulous restaurants!

You are visiting Walt Disney World Resort during such an amazing time, Claudia! I am so excited for you and will be here to answer any other questions you have.

    See you real soon!
