    We made reservations and now part of the group can’t come so another person wants to come in their place. There aren’t openings to add her on. Can we exchange one ticket for another? The others are already assigned to people so she can’t use one of those.

    I’m sorry to hear some members of your party won’t be able to make it on your vacation to the Disneyland Resort! Don’t forget to bring them back a souvenir. May I suggest a seasonal popcorn bucket? They can be found at the popcorn carts located throughout each park! You'll be able to enjoy a tasty treat while at the park and it's a fun keepsake for your friends missing out on the fun!

    It is not necessary to change the name on a theme park ticket ahead of your visit. That’s because upon arrival a Cast Member will take a picture of the person using each ticket. Then, the ticket is associated with the person in the picture, not the name on the ticket. So, no need to reassign! Simply head straight to the turnstiles and enjoy a magical day at “The Happiest Place on Earth!”
