Hi there, Kathy. Thanks for taking the time to visit us at planDisney with your question. Welcome!
I’m delighted to see you’re planning a trip to the
Happiest Place on Earth with a friend. Once you’ve confirmed your friend’s
theme park reservation, you (or your friend) should have received an email with the confirmation information, as well as a unique QR code for the ticket. If you or your friend didn’t receive an email, you can still check to see if the theme park reservation is confirmed.
An easy method is to do this on the
Disneyland mobile app. Kathy, if you have not downloaded the latest version of the Disneyland mobile app, I highly recommend you do so before arriving at the Disneyland Resort. In addition to accessing your theme park tickets and reservations saved to your account, you’ll also need the app for virtual queues to join boarding groups; Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance in Disneyland Park and the new WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure both use virtual queues for boarding groups. Also, many quick service food locations throughout the theme parks also require you to make mobile food orders, and you can conveniently do so on the app.
To locate your theme park reservations, log into your Disney account on the Disneyland mobile app. On the home page, below “Hello, (your name)!” you’ll see your Park Reservations with the date of your visit, as well as the park you will be exploring. You can also do this on Disneyland Resort website as well, by logging into your Disney account. On the far right, you’ll see “My Disneyland”; hover your cursor over it and click on “Ticket and Reservation Details”. Scroll a little bit and you’ll see “View My Park Reservations”. This will bring up your confirmed reservations.
I hope this information is helpful for you. As you continue to plan you upcoming trip, please don’t hesitate to
visit us again if you have more questions. We’re all EARS!
See ya real soon,
Kiki
