In December 2021, Disneyland Resort officially said farewell to the Disney FASTPASS system and we were formerly introduced to
Disney Genie and Disney Genie+ service. So while there are no longer FASTPASS options for your trip, Disney Genie+ does offer a similar experience for you to retrieve return times to enter an attraction queue that would have a shorter wait than the standard queue line.
Disney Genie service is a free service that you can access from the
Disneyland app. On the homepage, you should see a "Get Started with Disney Genie!" prompt or you may find it by clicking on your upcoming park reservations. Click to get started and Disney Genie will walk you through a few steps to find out what your party is most interested in experiencing during your day. Once you have shared your must-do activities and attractions with Disney Genie, it will get to work to craft its ideal itinerary for your day. If you need to adjust, no worries! You can swap recommendations at any time.
If you want to have access to Lightning Lanes, you can upgrade your experience to Disney Genie+ for a flat fee per ticket per day. This will give you all the itinerary advice of Disney Genie with the addition of making Lightning Lane selections for participating attractions throughout the parks every two hours or after you have redeemed a Lightning Lane selection. Disney Genie+ also gives you unlimited Disney PhotoPass digital downloads so you can get a head start on your memory book!
There is also the option to buy
Individual Lightning Lanes for the Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, Radiator Springs Racers, and WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure. Guests may purchase up to two Individual Lightning Lane selections per day on the day of their visit.
