Hi Brian! Welcome to planDisney and thanks so much for asking this question! I'm excited to see that you will be visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth next month! I'm happy to help make sure you are all set to visit the theme park!
When you made the theme park reservation, it should have prompted you to sign in to your
My Disney Experience account to select the date of your visit and the theme park. There are two different ways you can view your theme park ticket and reservation. The first would be to visit the
Walt Disney World Website and on the right, tap "My Disney Experience". You will be prompted to log in to your Disney account. After logging in, select "My Plans" from the pull-down My Disney Experience menu. As you scroll down on this page, any park reservations and other plans you have made should appear. As long as you see a reservation there for February 4th, you should be all set!
You can also view your theme park ticket and reservation on the
My Disney Experience app. Once in the app, tap on the three bars in the lower right corner. Then, tap on "Future Plans." You should see your theme park reservation listed there. You can also view your theme park ticket under "Tickets and Passes" in the same app menu after tapping the three bars.
You do not need to present proof of your park reservation at the time of entry however, you will need a method for scanning into the theme park. Using the My Disney Experience app, tap the three lines in the lower right corner. Then, find and tap
Disney MagicMobile and follow the directions to set up the pass. This pass can be scanned for your entry into the theme park.
If there is anyone that will not have a mobile device during their visit, they can purchase and use a
MagicBand instead. These can be purchased at many locations throughout Walt Disney World Resort or online at shopDisney. Using a MagicBand is especially fun and easy if you have any little ones visiting with you that will not have a mobile device. There are many colorful options as well as character designs to choose from! The MagicBand will work just like the Disney MagicMobile Pass!
If you are staying at a
Disney Resorts Collection Hotel, you can enjoy complimentary transportation and early entry into the theme park as well! You will also be visiting during
The World's Most Magical Celebration and there will be so much to see and do! My favorite things to do in the theme parks are to eat all of the yummy snacks, ride all of the rides, and end the day watching fireworks!
I hope this information helps you feel more prepared for your visit to Walt Disney World Resort! Fair warning that after visiting for just one day, you will want to visit again and again! When you are ready to plan future visits, please feel free to stop back by
planDisney! I'm happy to help you plan a return vacation to the magic of Disney!
Happy Planning!
Lisa
