    We have made reservations at one of the Disneyland hotels and are trying to reserve our Theme Park entrance days. When we try to retrieve our hotel reservations the screen times for a while and then goes blank. Is there someone we can contact?

    I'm hopeful that perhaps the issue resolved itself and you were able to retrieve your Resort hotel reservation and make your theme park reservations successfully.
