I made reservations for May 12 and purchase my tickets but unfortunately I am not going to be able to make it how do I change The reservation and how long do I have to use the tickets?

Hey there, Martha! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. I’m so sorry to hear you won’t be able to visit on May 12 as planned.

You can certainly cancel your reservations and make new ones once you have a new date in mind. Your tickets will remain linked to your account. Reservations can be made up to 120 days in advance.

To cancel your current reservations, log in to your Disneyland account, go to My Disneyland, Ticket and Reservation Details, View My Park Reservations, and find the reservations you’d like to cancel. You should see a “Cancel Reservation” link.

Tickets typically have a long life to use them. For instance, one-day tickets purchased in 2022 will be valid until December 30, 2023. To confirm the exact expiration date of your tickets, I recommend contacting Ticket Services, so you know exactly how long you have to use them.

Sending you a pinch of pixie dust for good luck, so you can find a new date to visit soon. Adventure is out there, Martha!

    See ya real soon,
    Kamini
