    I made reservations on line for 4 nights at Thanksgiving. I never received an email or a confirmation of any kind just my #. How can I pull up the reservation to see dates and accomodations?

    Hello, Janet!  Welcome to the Moms Panel!

    Your reservation should be available to you directly from the official Walt Disney World web page.  If you had already set-up your profile, you will/should be able to view your reservation.  Under the tap labeled "PARKS", you will notice a very small suitcase with the words "MY DISNEY VACATION".  You should also notice a "WELCOME, (your name)" indicating that you are the one who has set-up a profile page for this web page.  Anyways, by pressing on "MY DISNEY VACATION", you should be able to retrieve your vacation information for this November.  If not, I would highly recommend calling (407)939-7675 and speaking to a Cast Member who will be able to help you with your questions.  If you feel this is a technical error, I would call (407)939-7765 and they may be able to help you navigate through our web page.
