When I made my reservations it was imperative that I get a room in The Animal Kingdom with a Savanna view. I was told we had the view,then when I got the confirmation,there was no mention of the view? I called and we DON"T have the view. Now what?

Hi Vicky, I think you're going to LOVE Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge. It is one of my family's favorite Deluxe Resorts. If I understand you correctly, you wanted to book a Standard Room with a Savannah View but did not ultimately get this request. I would suggest that you call back with your confirmation number and try to book a Savannah View room. Just know that the Savannah View room cost more than the Standard View room.
