I’m sorry to hEAR that you’re having trouble with your
theme park ticket transaction. I would be happy to try to help you troubleshoot this issue. When purchasing tickets, the system will guide you through this process: First, you’ll need to select the number of days and number of tickets you’d like to purchase. Then, you’ll select your ticket type – either a One Park Per Day or Park Hopper. Next, you’ll reserve your ticket dates, and select your park for each day of your vacation. In the next step, you’ll have the chance to add a Parking Voucher and
Disney Genie+ Service to your purchase. At the bottom of this page, you’ll see a summary with your Current Selections. If everything looks right, select “Add to Cart.” Now, you’ll be able to see your cart and begin the Check Out process by hitting the green “Check Out” button. This is where you’ll add your payment information and complete your transaction.
Theme park reservations will only be confirmed once you’ve purchased your tickets at this stage of the transaction.
So, it sounds like you may not have navigated to the “Check Out” stage of the transaction, which means your theme park reservations won’t be finalized just yet.
