    I made reservations at Hollywood & Vine months ago but got a call from Disney that they're changing the restaurant and now it takes an extra meal from our dining plan. We don't have an extra meal to use on it so now I need another restaurant suggestio

    Hello Shelley,
    I believe the Advanced Dining Reservation alteration at Hollywood & Vine you refer to is due to the outta this world Star Wars Weekends which take place from May 16th to June 15th 2014 at Disney's Hollywood Studios. 
    Hollywood & Vine usually offers an all you care to eat buffet dinner, but during Star Wars Weekends this is transformed into 'Jedi Mickey's Star Wars Dine at Hollywood & Vine' and does indeed use 2 Disney Dining Credits. Included in this Star Wars inspired buffet dinner are some special intergalactic decor, menu options and music plus the chance to perhaps meet and interact with Jedi Mickey, Princess Leia Minnie, Darth Vader Goofy, Stormtrooper Donald and Ewoks Chip and Dale.  
    If you wished to take ewok on the wild side by keeping this hugely popular Advanced Dining Reservation and use 2 Disney Dining Credits, it would be possible to pay out of pocket for a meal on another day to make up for the used Dining Credit. 
    Or, you could simply cancel and re-arrange at another restaurant at Disney's Hollywood Studios like the delicious Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano using just 1 Credit from your Dining Plan.
