tickets and made your
Theme Park Reservations. That means you are one step closer to enjoying all the
Magic of the
Disneyland Resort.
I do have a couple of recommendations that may help everyone in your traveling party. What I recommend doing first, is assigning each ticket to the correct person. You can do this by
calling the Ticket Service line. A Cast Member will be more than happy to remove your name from each ticket and add the correct ticket user.
After correcting the names on each ticket, you can then have everyone use the
mobile app to sign in to their
Disney account. My fellow panelist, Courtney,
has provided step-by-step instructions on how to link tickets to more than one account. Here’s what you will need to do!
First, begin by opening the Disneyland mobile app and tap on the three horizontal lines near the bottom right of the screen to reach the main menu. You will then select "Tickets and Passes" and then the “+” symbol near the upper right corner of this screen. After that, select “Link Tickets & Passes.” You can enter the number manually or scan the barcode for each ticket with your phone’s camera. If you follow these steps and are still unable to link your tickets, I recommend calling the Ticket Service line. A Cast Member there will be able to assist you further.
