I made reservations with my dream key pass and noticed that I’m only able to choose 1 park and it’s listed as ALL DAY. Does this mean I won’t be able to park hop ?

Hey there, Andrea. Thanks for dropping by planDisney with your question for us.

I’m so excited for you, new Dream Keyholder! chEARS to many future trips to the Happiest Place on Earth to create new memories. And yay for being back to the Disneyland Resort in just a few days! With a Magic Key, you’ll be able to park hop at 1 PM; I love having the convenience of being able to experience both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park on the same day. When you make your theme park reservation, it will say “All Day”, with the starting park listed under it when you access your Theme Park Reservations. (I’m not entirely sure why it says “all day” even though that is the first park you start with.) You have the ability to switch to the other park at 1 PM. I happened to make my upcoming park reservations for four days with my new Magic Key. My theme park reservations also say “All Day” with the starting theme park listed under it. This was also the case during my recent visit prior to purchasing my Magic Key and I had no issue parkhopping at 1 PM.

I hope this information is helpful for you. As you continue to plan your upcoming trip(s), please don’t hesitate to visit us on planDisney again if you have further questions. We’re all EARS!

    See ya real soon,
    Kiki

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings from Northern California! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
