Happy to help you with your tickets. Kathleen, to confirm, are you using the “Walt Disney World Vacation Confirmation”? This confirmation would have come directly from Disney (to your email) after your ticket purchase. This is the ticket confirmation you’d need to add to My Disney Experience to link your tickets. If per chance, you were using your hotel reservation information instead, this won’t sync up with My Disney Experience because the
Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel is separate from the
Disney Resorts Collection hotels.
If you were using the confirmation number straight from the Walt Disney World Resort and your tickets still aren’t linking, I definitely suggest connecting with the
Existing Tickets or
My Disney Experience and MagicBands desks. The Cast Members should be able to help you link your tickets so you can move on to the next steps of planning your vacation!
Pro Tip: When I call the help desk, I try to do so first thing in the morning around 7:00 a.m. Eastern. This way I’m in the queue early in the day. Also remember that once your tickets are linked, you’ll want to make your
Disney Park Pass reservations since your trip will be coming up soon.
