The same thing happened to me! I could not visit the theme parks due to travel restrictions, and my theme park tickets expired. When I realized they were not showing in my Disney account after the expiration date, I immediately called the Disney Reservation Center. They confirmed that although you cannot view tickets after they expire, they remain linked to your account. Cast Members can find them for you, and you are welcome to use the amount paid for wholly unused admission to purchase theme park tickets for a future visit.
For assistance buying new tickets, please call the Disney Reservation Center at (407) 934-7639 and have your Disney account information handy. Please note that further charges may apply if the new ticket you wish to buy costs more than the original ticket. Before purchasing new tickets, I recommend checking
Theme Park Reservation Availability to plan your visit dates accordingly, and remember to make
Disney Park Pass reservations after linking your new tickets to your Disney account.
