Hello, Theresa,
To print your
Disney eTickets, search for your "Disneyland Confirmation" email in your inbox. It should be from dlr.guest.mail@disneyonline.com. If you can’t find your confirmation email, you may want to check your spam or junk mail folder in case your email service accidentally misclassified it. Then, click the "Access Your eTickets" link in the email. That will open a webpage with information about your eTickets. Use the "Print E-Tickets" link to display and print your eTicket vouchers.
For a paperless approach, you may also choose to use the
Disneyland mobile app to present your eTickets. From the ☰ feature menu of the app, you will need to log into the same account you used to purchase park tickets and book your
theme park reservations. Then, tap the "Tickets and Passes" tile to display your tickets. Each ticket or pass will include a colored banner with the Guest name, ticket type, and a barcode. Swipe that ticket box left or right to access the other tickets linked to your account.
Tony’s Tip: While you are in the Disneyland mobile app, I recommend checking the "Future Plans" screen to verify your theme park reservations are in place. Then, take a look at "My Genie Day" to tap into the
phenomenal cosmic powers of the complimentary
Disney Genie service. By telling Genie your preferences for attractions, dining, characters, and more, you will help prepare Genie to make a recommended itinerary tailored to your wishes. That itinerary will magically appear on the "My Genie Day" screen after 7:00 AM each day you visit a theme park.
I hope you have a magical time at the Disneyland Resort, Theresa!
