    Made 2 reservations on the same day; for one of them we got the Incredibles booklet with personalized info. But we haven't received anything for the other separate reservation. Should I be worried? Does everyone get these or just randomly?thanks!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for your question!

    Normally, the lead Guest for all Walt Disney World Resort Hotel reservations will receive a “welcome” package (or, as you called it the “Incredibles booklet”) in the weeks after the reservation is made. However, if you haven’t received the booklet, that doesn’t mean that your reservation doesn’t exist! Please check to make sure that your reservation details appear in your My Disney Experience account. If they aren’t there, then I would contact Walt Disney World Resort in order to try to track down your reservation and make sure it’s in the system.
