    I made reservations at Coronado springs about a week ago I was informed I’d receive an email regarding early access to the boo bash tickets, I have yet not received that? And tickets go on sale in a couple of hrs!??? Help please!

    I'm excited to hear you're making plans for a fall getaway to The Most Magical Place on Earth. Not only that, but you're hoping to get in on some SPOOK-tacular fun at the all-new Disney After Hours Boo Bash! This brand new Halloween offering is sure to be chockful of magical tricks and treats at every turn.

    Tickets for the Boo Bash will go on sale June 15, 2021, and can be purchased online, or by calling (407) 939-4240. Guests of select Walt Disney World Resort hotels, like yourself, can book tickets as early as June 8. (Early booking can only be done over the phone.) If you didn't receive an email with early access information, no worries. Simply have your reservation confirmation number handy when you call (407) 939-4240.  I can tell you from our personal experience that the call volume is extremely high right now, and you might be on hold for a good bit. The good news is, Disney's hold music is super fun! Once you get through, be prepared - good things come to those who wait!

    Once you reach a Cast Member, you can complete your purchase over the phone. Be ready to write down your confirmation number - typically 4 letters followed by 8 numbers. You can then link the tickets to your My Disney Experience account. Don't worry if the tickets don't immediately show up in the "Tickets and Passes" section of your account. We didn't see our linked tickets at first, so we called the My Disney Experience Tech Help Line at (407) 939-7765. They assured us that if the tickets were linked correctly they would soon show up, but possibly not until June 15, the day Boo Bash tickets become available to the public. That being said, our tickets showed up linked to our account this morning - like magic! If you are able to purchase tickets, and have any difficulties linking them to your My Disney Experience account, I encourage you to reach out to the Tech Team.
