Hello I made reservations for California Grill and I'm a little confused about the menu, we are on the DDDP and I was wondering what was considered an appetizer on the menu. Also the reservations are at 9:35 will we be able to see the fireworks at 10pm?

    Hi Thy!

Congratulations on your dining reservation at California Grill. This is one of my absolute favorite dining locations at the Walt Disney World Resort!

The Disney Deluxe Dining Plan (DDxP) includes a non-alcoholic drink, an appetizer, an entrée, and a dessert. Here's California Grill Dinner Menu. Typically the dishes listed as main courses are your options for your main entrée. When using the DDxP, all other sections of the menu at California Grill are considered appetizers. That includes items listed under Sushi, Flatbreads, and First Course.

A huge advantage of having reservations there at 9:35 p.m. is that indeed you'll be able to enjoy watching Wishes Nighttime Spectacular from a very unique vantage point. If your table is not located directly next to the panoramic windows, simply step outside to the observation deck. That area is exclusively reserved for patrons of the restaurant that night. You will never forget the experience!

Enjoy a most magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
