    I made reservations for my 2 boys for haircuts at Harmony Barber Shop and for a night at the Sandcastle Club but I lost my confirmation numbers. Is there anyone I can call to get those numbers again?

    Hi Mary!

    Lost confirmation numbers?  Not to worry!  You can obtain your Harmony Barber Shop and Sandcastle Club confirmation numbers by calling Walt Disney World at (407) 939-1947.  They'll need a little bit of identifying information to pull up your Walt Disney World account.  If you can remember the date and approximate time that your reservation is for, that would be extremely helpful.  

    There is a handy tool in your My Disney Experience account that lets you add plans to your itinerary.  Click on "My Itinerary" and choose the appropriate day.  On the top left is a drop down box that says "Add Plans" and the bottom of that list is an option to "Add a Note".  You can add any extra plans that don't automatically link through My Disney Experience here like your reservations for Harmony Barber Ship and Sandcastle Club.
